Hello IEEE,
Due to popular demand, the Election & Recognition Day on Thursday will count
towards the 2-events requirement for active member recognition! Hence, if you
plan to attend on Thursday, you only need to have attended ONE past event this
semester. Any events held by us - including meetings, competitions, speaker
talk, seminars, workshops, social events, helping out at our Spring Fling booth
- counts.
If you wish to receive the recognition certificate, please send me an email
titled "IEEE Recognition" by the end of Wednesday (tomorrow), with your full

Hello IEEE,
Thank you for those of you that came to the BBQ event - it was a lot of fun.
We'd especially like to thank Simon for the food preparation and event
organization.
Now comes the last event of the semester - Recognition & Election Day - on April
24, 2008 (Thursday) at 6PM in ECE530. As usual, the last event of each semester
always has the best food!
On that day, we will be giving out recognition certificates to those of you that
have been actively involved (at least 2 events) in IEEE events. If you would

1) IEEE CREDIT (join event, get IEEE DOLLAR $$$)
IEEE CREDIT will be given with cat card scan during each event hosted by IEEE student branch. The credit will be recorded as earned, spent, and gained credit. For each event you join, you will get 1 or 2 IEEE dollar. They can be spent on buying Club merchandise or some IEEE hosted paid event.
